Exclusions

• All inclusions are as indicated on the websites at time of travel. If not stated as included the item/s are at guests own cost.

Age Limit

• Adult fares are for everyone aged 16 years and older. Child fares are for children 8 to 15 years of age and over 1.2 metres tall.
• Infant and child aged 0-7 years and shorter than 1.2 metres in height cannot participate.
• Children aged 8 to 15 inclusive must be accompanied by an adult, with a maximum of three children per adult.

Notes

• You will receive a email and e-voucher when the booking is confirmed. On the tour day, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled Climb time to check-in with the e-voucher.
