6:30am – Pickup from Central station

6:45am-Pick up Holiday Inn Darling Harbour

10:00am – Arrive Nelson Bay for Dolphin cruise (10:30am)

12:00pm – Cruise returns, time for lunch, and a wonder around Nelson Bay

1:30pm – Enjoy a sand dune adventure at Stockton Sand dunes

3:00pm – Visit Port Stephens winery

6:30pm – Arrive back in Sydney
